This is not a cross-cradle, forced breastfeeding technique that is often taught. This is a gentle approach, intended to calmly and effectively set mom and baby up for a successful breastfeeding journey.
Through this process, you will be surrounded by a plethora of resources and support, all to help you in the journey however you want it to look.
Mothers are encouraged to think about all sorts of planning for the birth of her baby (which is great!), but sometimes we forget to plan for what comes next.
The Thompson Method will help prepare you for breastfeeding.
